The First One

Jacque, a wonderful, warm, funny, kind woman died of BC on Thanksgiving. I knew her through breastcancer.org, as we started chemo the same month. She could always be counted on for some positive thoughts, or something funny. She was diagnosed a year ago -- this was her second goround with BC, and by the time they caught it, it was in her lungs.
Here's her blog.

I miss her.
I hate breast cancer.

Hi,
I taught with Jacquie for several years. She brought that same positive attitude and sense of humor to everthing that she did. I will miss her terribly and I agree....I hate cancer!

I'll bookmark your blog and try to continue the daily reading and commenting that I know Jacquie did. Keep up the fight against "the beast". I'll pray for you.

I taught with Jacquie for several years. She brought that positive attitude and sense of humor to everything that she did. She touched so many lives and I will miss her friendship tremendously. I'm bookmarking your blog and I'll read it daily and comment each day as I'm sure that Jacquie did, in her honor and to let you know that you are not alone. Keep fighting the beast and I'll keep you in my prayers.
