You can use that baking soda vinegar deal to unclog a slow running sink drain, really! Sprinkle the soda in the drain and slowly pour in some vinegar. Once it quits fizzing flush with hot water.
Now I don't know nothing about freezing beer...But I do remember a giant bottle of ginger ale freezing and exploding in my Grandmother's freezer when I was a kid.
