This Has Nothing To Do With Anything

But years ago, a mall in my home town had a sign up that said, "Groups of 5 or more must disburse."

Uh. Isn't that the point of malls? For people to disburse?

o.k. so there's a sign over a bridge in my neighborhood that i drove by yesterday. It said, "Watch for Ice". You've got to be kidding me! It's 95 degrees outside, it's August, and it's Houston. The only ice we might ever see on that bridge is when someone throws out the remainder of their Route 44 Sonic drink, for crying out loud...
